Personality

Daiki Kaito (海東 大樹 Kaitō Daiki^?) is a mysterious young man who is portrayed as being cheerful to the extent of being annoying to those around him, but becomes serious in battle and sees material objects as more important than anything else. Narutaki, aware that Daiki is Diend, avoids getting in his way. He also appears to know about Tsukasa's past, referring to sea cucumbers as being something Tsukasa had always wanted to taste. He travels from A.R. World to A.R. World, stealing what he refers to as "treasures". Daiki's surname is a homophone of the Japanese word kaitō (怪盗^? phantom thief), a role he fulfills in Decade.
It is revealed that he comes from an A.R. World (referred to as the "World of Diend") where he was an officer who served the evil Fourteen who has deemed Kamen Riders as threats to the public peace. Daiki hunted them down and turned them in for education until he captured the leader of the Kamen Riders: Kamen Rider Glaive. When Glaive is unmasked, he is revealed to be Daiki's older brother Junichi.
By then, Daiki learns the truth that Fourteen brainwashes people, powerless to stop him. Losing his self-confidence and seeking to undo all of the mistakes he had caused, Daiki stole the Diendriver from Dai-Shocker, becoming Kamen Rider Diend and becomes Fourteen's new most wanted Kamen Rider.
He leaves his world, traveling to other worlds and taking their treasures as a means of self-delusion until he crosses paths with Kamen Rider Decade. Eventually, he does lackadaisically accept the Hikari Studio residents as "friends", even calling Decade a "comrade", though he is not beyond abandoning them without explanation, usually for his own self-interest.

Decadriver

The Decadriver (ディケイドライバー Dikeidoraibā^?) is a belt that gives Tsukasa Kadoya the ability to become Kamen Rider Decade, based around the Rider Cards. By inserting a card into the Decadriver, Decade can invoke the cards' abilities. In Complete Form, the Decadriver is moved to the right side of his belt where Decade inserts his Final Attack Ride Cards and activates them by touching the Decadriver's window.
As seen in Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen, along with Blade's Blay Rouzer and Ryuki's Drag Visor, the Decadriver is also compatible with at least some of the Gosei Cards used by the Tensou Sentai Goseiger. This is shown when he is given the Reflecloud card by Gosei Red to counter Kani Lazer's beam attack
Rider Cards :
 
Like the Heisei Riders in Kamen Rider Ryuki and Kamen Rider Blade, Decade has card-based weaponry and powers: the Rider Cards (ライダーカード Raidā Kādo^?). However, due to a seal placed on them all, Tsukasa travels across the world to undo the seals and regain the abilities the cards endow. These cards match up with Bandai and Carddas's arcade card game, Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbaride.
Like Decade, Diend has possessed his own set of Rider Cards.

K-Touch

The K-Touch is a device designed to allow Decade access to his Final/Complete form, through a process known as Final Kamen Ride. The activation code is as follows:

• Decade

The K-Touch replaces the central component of the Decadriver, moving the scan port to Decade's right hip.
The K-Touch also allows Decade Complete to access the strongest forms of the other 9 Riders represented on it's face, by merely touching the Rider's insignia, followed by the "F" button in the top right corner. These facsimiles are most often used only for their own Final Attack Rides in tandem with Decade, then vanish.

Profil Tsukasa Kadoya

Tsukasa Kadoya (門矢 士 Kadoya Tsukasa^?) is Kamen Rider Decade (仮面ライダーディケイド Kamen Raidā Dikeido^?) from the series of the same name, along with a few other Kamen Riders, teams up with The Shinkengers in one episode of Shinkenger: episode 20 The Father and Son Bears , and two crossover episodes of Kamen Rider Decade: episodes 24 ("Arrival of the Samurai Sentai", original title 見参侍戦隊   Kenzan Samurai Sentai) and 25 ("Heretic Rider, on Call!", original title 外道ライダー、参る！   Gedō Raidā, Mairu!).

Personality

Tsukasa is an arrogant, young man without any memory of his past. As a photographer, his photos never come out right, which is later revealed to be a sign of his world being slowly destroyed by the convergence of the other Kamen Riders' worlds. To save his world, he transforms into Kamen Rider Decade.

TV Series

In the guise of a kuroko with a strange card in hand, Tsukasa learns that his lack of knowledge is due to the world not having any Kamen Riders as he witnesses the Shinkengers drive off the Nanashi. Curious about them, Tsukasa uses his guise to learn more about them and their world before fighting the Ayakashi Chinomanako who has stolen the Diendriver from Daiki. He realizes that the monster is the reason why he is in this world as Chinomanako escapes and becomes the world's first Kamen Rider.
He attempts to fight the Chinomanako but is stopped by Narutaki saying that his actions will only bring doom to the world. After being given the advice to do the right thing by Hikoma Kusakabe, Decade later helps the Shinkengers with the card revealing to be the Rekka Daizantou which he uses to destroy Chinomanako alongside ShinkenRed using the Blade Blade. After which, Tsukasa and the otherworlders leave the Sentai world.
